Merrill Pharmacy is pleased to add well-known local hormone and menopause consultant, Connie Chalko, RPh, CMC, to our team of professionals. She works alongside local medical professionals to help you achieve hormonal balance and healthy aging.

Connie has specialized in women’s health care since 2001. A graduate of the Purdue University School of Pharmacy, she is now taking appointments for individual consultations. Merrill offers a separate waiting room and private spaces for appointments.

Initial hour appointments may include the following:

-Review and evaluation of severity and frequency of symptoms

-Review medical and family histories and available lab tests

-Examine nutrition habits and make recommendations

-Discuss treatment options, both hormonal and non-hormonal. These may include more lab testing, prescription options, supplements and nutritional changes.

-Development of a specific care plan to be communicated with the patient’s health care provider

-Patient education about the risks and benefits of bio-identical hormone restoration.

Initial appointments are approximately 60 minutes in length. Follow-up appointments will be scheduled according to the nature of your condition. Pricing varies with the length and type of consultation.
